Discounted Program Fees for Individuals Attending with Their OWN Aide
Our Adult Day Program is thoughtfully designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit through meaningful experiences that inspire confidence and independence. Mornings incorporate our signature Dance & Movement class followed by a Yoga cool-down, where participants build strength, express themselves creatively, and experience the joy of movement in an encouraging and inclusive environment. In the afternoon, participants discover what's next for their lives through Bloom Future Focus, a unique program that blends career exploration with practical life skills—from navigating social media and building meaningful relationships to volunteer opportunities, community experiences, hands-on learning, skill-building activities, and preparing for greater independence. Every day is rooted in connection, purpose, and fun, empowering participants to build friendships, embrace new experiences, and bloom into the best version of themselves.

Breaking physical and cognitive barriers, our extensively trained facilitators use outside of the box thinking to adapt traditional dance styles that challenge our participants while ensuring every individual feels capable of success and confident in the way their bodies move. We mindfully incorporate opportunities for positive social interactions by creating a party-like environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging amongst friends while getting sweaty and having fun!
This program is designed for individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, particularly those experiencing motor development delays, including (but not limited to) Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism, and other developmental delays. It is best suited for participants without significant behavioral challenges.
Note: Spots are limited! Class times and placements are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage early registration to secure your preferred time.
We are fortunate to offer a 1:3 ratio of volunteer mentors to participants in all our programs. If your participant requires 1:1 support, please arrange for their OWN aide to attend with them.

An innovative program designed to entice, engage and regulate busy bodies, all while giving participants and their families a true sense of joy and belonging!
This inclusive dance program welcomes all children with Autism and their families. Thanks to the generous support of Calgary Adapted Hub, powered by Jumpstart, the program is offered at a subsidized rate. This support helps to reduce financial barriers and ensuring that families facing challenges related to income, language, or other forms of marginalization can access the many physical, social, and emotional benefits of dance. Regardless of a family's background or circumstances, every participant is welcomed into a supportive, inclusive community where they can move, connect, experience joy, and truly belong.
Beginning in January 2027, grant funding for this program will be significantly reduced. To help ease this transition, Bloom Wellness Collective is offering a transitional program fee of $125 ($105 with your own aide) for the Fall 2026 session. Beginning with the Winter 2027 session in January, the standard program fee will increase to $250 per session ($230 with your own aide), reflecting the ongoing cost of delivering this specialized program.
While funding will continue beyond December, it will be more limited and will be prioritized for families experiencing financial barriers. Bloom Wellness Collective remains committed to accessibility, and financial assistance will continue to be available to help ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation.
