Our Aide Matching Program has been thoughtfully designed to connect families with potential aides! We take great pride in ensuring that all our aides are of high quality based on their experience with Bloom, typically in a volunteer role. While these aides may require additional training tailored to meet the specific needs of your child and family, they possess a strong foundation in working with individuals with disabilities, acquired through their training with Bloom. We continuously seek to maintain the quality and integrity of our service, ensuring that your family's needs are met with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
